Spectrum to transform the future of young corporate leaders, business enterprises
View(s):A unique training and development programme themed “Building Skills: Overcoming Challenges: Transforming the Future” will be held on July 28 at Cinnamon Lakeside.
It was designed and is being launched by newly initiated corporate entity, Spectrum Trainers & Corporate Consultants.
In a media release, the company whose founder- Chairman is Bertal Pinto- Jayawardena, a Chartered Accountant by profession, counting over 37 years of corporate leadership experience, said it is dedicated to nurturing, transforming and empowering aspiring executives and enterprises to achieve sustainable performance excellence.
The first programme has been structured after conducting research amongst young corporate executives to identify what development support is needed by them, to strengthen their own career development and growth.
The July 28th event and the others to follow are specifically aimed at motivating and empowering team leaders and exceutives to make a greater contribution to the success of their corporate work places, as well as facilitate their own personal career growth.
Mr. Pinto- Jayawardena is also Founder Trustee of Unity Mission Trust, which to date has touched the lives of over 9000 youth leaders across Sri Lanka. Others on the company’s resource panel are Major General Udaya Perera, who has recently retired from the Sri Lanka Army and is a specialist in teaching methods and higher education; Ms. Harini Alwis Mallikarachchi, who is a Finance and Marketing Professional with an MBA and work experience as an Investment Analyst at Dartmouth College, USA; and Lt Col (R) Athula Samarasinghe, leader in the IT field.
