Prassanna Pathmanathan wins “Trainer of the year 2017″ award
View(s):Prassanna Pathmanathan, CEO/ Lead Trainer of Ultimma Training, won the ‘” Trainer of the year” award at the Sri Lanka Best Employer Brands and Leadership awards held recently in Colombo. These awards are offered to the best performing organisations and individuals in the HR leadership.
A media release by his company said that Mr. Pathmanathan won this award competing against many talented corporate trainers. “His outstanding achievement has carved an indelible niche in the field of training and development and his purpose driven life in the global sphere. So far, he has trained close to 15,000 corporate participants in over 105 organizations in Sri Lanka and he has coached over 45 nationalities through his training company Ultimma,” it said.
“It is a great honour to be awarded this prestigious award and this is a dream come true. I, personally consider this a colossal achievement for myself and my company Ultimma in the local arena,” said Mr. Pathmanathan.
