Bens Soccer Wing to promote Football
View(s):The Batches of 1990 and 1992 of St. Benedict’s College Footballers inaugurated a Soccer Wing on August 3 with a daylong Football Festival at the college ground in Kotahena. The event gained interest among former football players of St. Benedict’s, who vowed to help develop and help the school’s current teams. The Soccer Wing will be strengthened by a prominent team under the leadership of Premkumar Alfonso. The Soccer Wing expects to work together with Rev. Bro. Praveen Vaaz, the Sports Coordinator to develop football at St. Benedict’s. – NA
