An evening for a cause: TRICS
View(s):Social media is overflowing with various posters and videos of TRICS – a CSR project organized by Sri Lanka Model United Nations 2017 in partnership with the Interact Club of Colombo, Interact District 3220 of Sri Lanka and in collaboration with the Interact Clubs of St. Peter’s College and St. Joseph’s College and the United Nations Club of Ladies’ College.
The project is a musical show that will feature young and upcoming artistes. It proudly promotes the talents of young, talented individuals and provides a cost-free platform for them to showcase their talents, a statement from the organisers said.
The evening will also include a food fiesta filled with an array of stalls selling mouth-watering food. The organisers of TRICS promise a relaxing evening filled with good food, good music.
All funds raised from this event will be in aid of the National Institute of Mental Health. TRICS will be held on September 29, 2017 from 7.00pm onwards at the Viharamahadevi Open Air Theatre. Tickets are priced at Rs. 800.
