English Speaking Competitions
View(s):English Speaking Competitions were organized by the Special Intensive English Language Teaching (SIELT) programme for students in Nedunkerny on September 2, 2017 and for students in Thunukkai, Mullaitivu and Vavuniya on September 16, 2017.
These events were conducted at Nedunkerny as part of their continuous attempts to motivate the students in the region to speak English. Students are seen in unprepared conversation in English in pairs. Teachers evaluate their performance using a voice recorder.
