The Minister of Sports has appointed a five member selection committee for the Athletic Association of Sri Lanka for the year 2017/18. It is been headed by R.A. Wimalasena Perera as Chairman. Following are the other members of the committee: D.A. Dayaratne, N.G. Wimaladasa, C.A. Sumith Dalpathado and Sqn. Ldr. Manoj Mallawaarachchi.
