Vikurthi
View(s): “Vikurthi” , a play highlighting the tragedy of our education system, directed by the late playwright Somalatha Subasinghe will be staged at 8.15 am and 10.45 am at YMBA auditorim Borella on October 11.
Kaushalya Fernando, Prasannajith Abeysooriya, Namal Jayasinghe, Geetha Alahakoon, Sulochana Weerasinghe, Migara Kanchana, Vikrama Serievirathne, Sanjaya Hettiarachchi, Nimmi Priyadarshani, Dilip Kumara and Dilum Buddhik Harsha Thennakoon are in the cast. Chandana Aluthge handles the lighting effects and “Vikurthi” is a semi-musical rich with music compositions by M. R. Chulasinghe.
