OKI International Wattala a school to be reckoned in the cricket arena
View(s):OKI International School, Wattala is a school which shows signs of a school to be reckoned in the school cricket arena in the near future. The school’s Under 15 cricketers maintain an unbeaten record in the ongoing Sri Lanka Schools Under 15 cricket tournament.
Playing in the Division III segment these budding cricketers recently gained two victories over Sinhale M.V., Trincomalee and St. Patrick’s College, Jaffna qualifying to play in the pre quarter finals of the tournament. The Wattala school with a powerful bowling attack of Lochana Perera, Sachin Aditya and Pradeeve Muthulingam had made the opponents run scoring difficult with their superb line and length with fine variations. – Pic courtesy OKI Intl.
