Musaeus win Orange Ball Tennis tournament
View(s):Musaeus College won the Orange Ball Junior Tennis tournament beating Newstead Balika Negombo at 3-2 in the final at the SLTA courts, Greenpath.
There were groups A and B. A group consisted Ave Maria, Musaeus College, St. Josephs College Negombo, Kalutara Vidyalaya and Hillwood College Kandy while B group consisted – Newstead Balika, Bishops College, Holy Family College Colombo and Maliyadeva Girls, Kurunegala.
In the A group Musaeus College was the champion while in the B group Newstead were the leaders. However in the semi-finals Musaeus beat Maliyadeva Girls 4-1. Musaeus prevailed in the final to beat Newstead Balika at 3-2.
