View(s):Super Sun SC Beruwala scored a close 1-0 win over Army SC in the Dialog Champions League Tournament’s Stage 11 encounter played at the Kelaniya Football Complex yesterday.
The goal was netted in the first half (25th minute) by foreign player Afiz Olayemi. Both sides were denied of goals in the second half.
At the Moragasmulla ground, Rajagiriya Pelicans SC triumphed 1-0 over Moragasmulla SC. There was no score in the first half. The only goal in the game was scored by Daminda Sirisena in the 69th minute.
The game between Up Country Lions SC and Java Lane SC ended in a 2-all draw.
The game between Solid SC and Air Force scheduled to be played at the Prison ground, Anuradhapura was postponed due to heavy rain.
