An evening of ‘Timeless Classics’

‘Timeless Classics’ is a charity project organised by the Rotary Club of Colombo East in aid of Project BEAP—Accident and Emergency Trauma Unit Centre at the Teaching Hospital in Batticaloa and the eradication of Dengue.
Shehara(popularly known as Shey) is no stranger to the local music scene. Being one of the lead vocalists of the all-female vocal ensemble Soul Sounds for many years, she kicked off her solo career in 2014 with the release of an original song following which she presented her first solo concert at Park Street Mews in 2015 attempting a diverse range of repertoire. Over the years Lankan audiences have seen Shehara in her element enthralling many an audience with her astounding vocals and enchanting performances. Joining her in this venture is Soundarie David Rodrigo, one of Sri Lanka’s finest pianists and vocal directors. Given the wealth of experience they’ve gathered performing at concerts and contests across the globe the duo is sure to deliver nothing short of a world class act!
