Sudath celebrates three decades in teledramas
View(s):Celebrating three decades in world of art, award winning teledrama director Sudath Rohana was felicitated by Sathjana Sahurda Sanvidanaya with a ceremony held at the BMICH recently. The show which was coloured with an evening of music and audio-visual story about Sudath’s journey in arts will be telecast on ITN at 10.30 pm on December 10.

Songs that were featured in Sudath’s teledramas were sung ath the ceremony. To the music direction of Rohana Weerasinghe, Navaratne Gamage, Ananda Gamage and Gayathri Khemadasa they were sung by Nanda Malani, Sunil Edirisinghe, Amarasiri Peiris, Edward Jayakody, Senanayake Weraliyadda, Sangeeth Weerasuriya, Nirmala Ranatunga, Mithra Kapuge, Harshana Dissanayake and others.
The show was compered by Saman Athaudahetti.
