An unbeaten 119 by Manoj Sarathchandra saw Tamil Union resuming from their overnight score of 325 for 9 make 332 against Badureliya CC who was bowled out for 196 in the match played at Maggona.
Yohan de Silva cracked a 103 enabling SLPA CC secure a close first inning lead over BRC in the match played at the BRC ground.
With the first day’s play between Ragama CC and SSC scheduled to be played at the Welagedera Stadium in Kurunegala being washed out saw Ragama CC batting first on day being bowled out for 187 and SSC ending the day on 76 for 2. The matches will be continued today.
