The night’s programme includes a sumptuous four course menu with choice of starters- Anti pasto misto with Calamari, tomato, mozzarella, grilled vegetables, smoked salmon or Pollo Affumicato Con Frutta – Smoked Chicken, ham, asparagus with chilled fresh strawberry and mango served with feta cheese and roasted bell pepper dressing, Combination di Pasta – Beet root and spinach tagliatelle with crispy bacon, honey roasted ham with touch of cream.
The Mains offer Scaloppa di Salmone al forno -Oven baked fresh salmon stuffed with shallot, Costolette di Agnello- Herb courted ( Aus) Lamb rack , Medallion of tender Beef fillet or Filetto di Maiale – Pan fried Pork fillet with roasted green apple and prune chutney. The 4 course menu is offered at Rs 5500/net
