Nethmi and Lasan grab TT honours
View(s):Nethmi Hettiarachchi of Holy Cross College and Lasen Githmal of Royal College grabbed honours at the Western Province Ranking Table Tennis Championship 2017 organised and conducted by the Table Tennis Club which concluded at the S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia Indoor Stadium tables.
Chathura Jayendra, the acting President of the Table Tennis Association of Sri Lanka graced the occasion as Chief Guest and Distributed awards to the winners.
Nethmi Hettiarachchi defeated Erini Devachandra of Ladies Club in a close game while Githmal had to fight all the way to beat fightingAnandian Chanupa Gunasena to clinched the titles on Under 18 Girls and Boys events.
