Panadura SC shot out for 36
Right arm spin and pace combination of Shohan Rangika and Praneeth Ratnayake shared 17 of the 20 wickets of Panadura SC to fall paving the way for Air Force SC to record an outright win by innings and 97 runs with a day to spare in the Premier League Tier B inter-club cricket encounter concluded at the Panadura Esplanade yesterday.
Shohan ended with a match bag of 9 for 52 and Praneeth a match bag of 8 for 80.
Then, half tons by man in form Dulash Udayanga and Hashan James too added flavour to the Air Force SC batting which helped them make a formidable score of 309 from their overnight score of 68 for 1.
Panadura SC’s batting in the second innings was completely wrecked by the pair with Praneeth bagging five scalps and Shohan four to bundle out the home teams for a paltry 36 runs helping Air Force SC coast to their second outright win of the tournament.
