School uniform vouchers validity extended to Jan.30
The Ministry of Education (MoE) announced that the validity period of school uniform vouchers would be extended up to Jan.30. These annual vouchers officially expired on Dec.31, 2017. Education Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam decided on the extension for the benefit of the students unable to purchase their school uniforms during the stipulated period.
