Sri Lanka Press Association elects officials, exco for 2018 /2019
View(s):The 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Press Association was held recently at the Kumaratunga Munidasa Studio of the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation. The association’s new executive committee for 2018 and 2019 was also appointed at the AGM. The new office bearers and the executive committee members are as follows;
President – Muditha Kariyakarawana (Lakbima), Vice Presidents – Saman Athaudahetti (Prime Minister’s Office), Raja Gunasinghe (Hit Ad), Duminda Guruge (Dinamina), Sumith Mayadunne (Desathiya), Harsha Abeykoon (Media Secretary), Daya Sri Narendra Rajapakse (Media Secretary).
Secretary General – Sisira Wijesinghe (SL Army), Deputy Secretary General – Kurulu Koojana Kariyakarawana (Daily Mirror).
