Richmond crush Mahanama to enter quarters
Richmond crushed Mahanama Colombo by nine wickets in the pre-quarter final encounter of the Under 19 Division One limited over tournament played at Galle yesterday.
Richmond after bowling out their opponents for a low score of 101 needed just 14 overs to reach the target and to qualify to the quarter finals. In the Division Two pre-quarter final match played at Karandeniya saw Karandeniya Central recording a comfortable three wicket victory.
Meanwhile half tons by K.K. Kevin and Hansika Welihinda helped Mahinda make a formidable score of 313 for 6 declared against Dharmaraja who ended day one 25 for 2.

Mahinda Galle dominated proceedings in their drawn Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter against Dharmaraja concluded at Galle yesterday.
