Lyceum Wattala shines at Inter-International Schools’ Badminton Tournament 2018
View(s):The girls and boys of Lyceum International School Wattala emerged champions in the Under-12 age category at the Inter-International Schools’ Badminton Tournament 2018 with overwhelming performances.
Lyceum Wattala, Under-12 Girls’ and Boys’ teams won the championship playing against Gateway College Colombo and OKI International respectively defeating them at the finals.
The award for the Best player in the girls’ category was won by Shahithya Sridharan and Mihila Jayaweera won the award for the Best Player among the boys, both representing Lyceum Wattala. The tournament was organised by Stafford International School Colombo and held at the Mercantile Courts Colombo on March 1 and 2.
