The sequel to the comedy play
‘Balloth Ekka Baa-2’
View(s): Ravindra Ariyaratne who produced “Balloth Ekka Baa”, a stage play which had a record breaking run has made its sequel and the premiere show will be held at 7.00 pm on May 19 at the Lionel Wendt theatre, Colombo.
The comedy play was performed around the country and abroad for several years and on popular demand ‘Balloth ekka baa 2’ will start its run soon.
The play will go on the boards at at 3.30 pm and 6.45 pm on Sunday May 20 at the Namel Malini Punchi Theatre, Borella.
The cast includes Gihan Fernando, Kumara Thirimadura, Chamila Pieris, Sarath Karunarathne, Chinthaka Peiris and Ravindra Ariyaratne, while costume designing is done by Gihan Fernando. The producer and the main organizer of the play is Jude Srimal.
