Prince Warriors silence Boom Boom Guys
View(s):Prince Warriors defeated Boom Boom Guys to win the Hameedians Super Sixes 2018 Championship Trophy at the Umagiliya Ground, Kolonnawa last weekend. The event was organized by the Past Prefects’ Guild of Hameed Al Husseinie College as a fund raising activity for the fourth time.

Twenty teams participated in this year’s edition played for the Champions Trophy and Plate Champions.In the finals Boom Boom Guys batting first scored 65 runs in their allotted five overs. Fazreen top scored with 47 scored off in nine deliveries. In their run chase for the victory Prince Warriors reach the target in four overs for the loss of only one wicket. A lusty inning of 43 runs off 11 balls by Azardeen was the highlight of the inning.
Old Hameedians Fazreen and Farnaz Nawaz were adjudged the Best Batsman Best Bowler respectively while the Man of the Series award too was won by another Hameedian Azardeen.In the Plate Finals Red Eagles defeated Hameedian Stars to secure the title. ANT GLASS Fair Play Team of the Tournament was won by G95 team.
