Nilmini Dheerasekera, the creator ‘JuiceMo’ said that the idea to launch JuiceMo was created when they were overseas experiencing this type of Juice bars in Australia, America and Canada too.
‘I have followed several training programmes and received special education in this regard. Our motto is ‘healthy drink’ and we do practise the dictum to the last drop.
We do not add any preservatives, colouring or chemicals to our juices and get the organic certified fruits only. To keep this process straight, we have already acquired a special technology from Australia’ Nilmini explained.
Instead of sugar ‘JuiceMo’ uses ‘Australian bee’s honey and the fruits are mostly selected from naturally grown or using certified organic methods.
‘Our juices are minus sugar and this is very popular among, who uses the jogging path in the Independence Square in the morning hours and in the evenings. We also take pride in experimenting with new beverages that will undoubtedly spark up your thirst buds. We serve pure juices, smoothies, shakes, sundaes, pancakes and herbal drinks to name a few’ she added.
She said that for the first time they are also offering a ‘Veggie Kottu’ with a special pan cake which is now gaining in popularity, along with their non-alcoholic ‘Blue Margarita’.
