Centaur and Hobbit emerge champions
Centaur House and Hobbit House emerged Boys’ and Girls’ champions respectively at the annual Junior Inter-House Basketball Tournament of the British School in Colombo (BSC) held at the School Indoor Courts.
Centaur House completely dominated the Boys’ Tournament and went on to beat Hobbit House by a convincing margin of 6-0 in a one sided final encounter. Unicorn House took the third place in the Boys’ Tournament while overcoming Griffin House in the consolation final during the ‘golden basket’ period after full time.
Meanwhile, the star-studded Hobbit House Team secured the Girls’ title with an easy win over Unicorn House in the final. Centaur House had to be content with the third place in the Girls’ Tournament while defeating Griffin House in the consolation final.
