Travel Trade Sports Club Football ‘Sevens’ on June 24
View(s):The Travel Trade Sports Club (TTSC) Football ‘Sevens’ 2018, sponsored by Classic Travels for the first time, is scheduled to be held on Sunday, June 24 at the Janaka Ranawaka Stadium, Rajagiriya, commencing 8.30am.
Entries have been called from the 160 strong TTSC Membership, closing on Friday, June 15 with Ravi Wisidagama, Asst. Treasurer, TTSC, Green Holiday Centre, 31 ‘A’ W.A.D. Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 2.
The tournament is revived after one year, previously held on August 21, 2016 at Sir Edward Henry Pedris Stadium, where Sri Lankan Airlines ‘B’ won the ‘Cup’, defeating Cinnamon Red. Walkers Tours ‘A’ won the ‘Plate’ and Paradise Beach Hotel, Negombo won the ‘Bowl’.
This is the fourth event in the 2018 TTSC multi events calendar, having earlier completed the Archery, Carrom and Bowling.
