The Billiards and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka celebrated its 70th anniversary on a grand scale, attended by a large gathering of Billiards and Snooker players, at the Women’s International Hall, Colombo 7, recently.
The occasion was marked with the presentation of mementos to veteran Cueists, Susantha Botheju and K.H. Sirisoma. Six Red Snooker Champion Mohomed Fazil, 1st runner-up, Ashik Hussain and 2nd runner-up too were felicitated .
Former President of the Billiards and Snooker Association, Jagath Sumathipala as Chief Guest, along with Zulki Passela, distributed the awards.
