A chance for J’pura Medical Sciences Faculty students to go down memory lane
View(s):The Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMS) of the Sri Jayewardenepura University has organized a ‘Back to Faculty 2018’ on Wednesday (August 22), Saturday (25th) and Sunday (26th) at the university premises.
This is part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the Organizing Committee wishes to invite all past students to attend these fun-filled days to go down memory lane, renew old bonds and get to know their seniors and juniors better!
Those invited to return to the faculty on Wednesday are Batches, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; on Saturday are Batches 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13; and on Sunday are Batches 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20.
The activities will include the 25th anniversary batch photograph; an anatomy/parasitology/microbiology combined spot; a mock examination; meeting of past teachers; an inter-batch cricket tournament amid papare music; playing cricket with a national player; and music and dancing (Gee Pedura). There will also be 25th anniversary T-shirts and souvenirs.
