The Prince and Princess International 2018
View(s):The Prince and Princess International 2018, an international pageant for children and teens, took place from July 23 – 30, 2018 in Phuket, Thailand. Kaweesha Thebuwanarachchi and Jamila Esufally were chosen to represent Sri Lanka after winning the National competition ‘Little King and Queen 2018’.
Nine year old Kaweesha from St. Sylvester’s College, Kandy had the honour of winning the awards for creative national costume, best portfolio and was placed 1st runner up of the Mini-Prince category.
Ten year old Jamila from Ladies College, Colombo placed in the top 20 for her national costume.
There were 103 contestants representing 42 countries and the judging was based on their portfolio, interview, talent, personality and friendly attitude.
