The Eastern University of Sri Lanka held a ceremonial programme on Saturday (15), to honour 927 outgoing graduates.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of its Chancellor Prof. Velumurugu Vivekanatharaja, with Indian High Commissioner Taranjit Singh Sandu as Chief Guest, at the Vandaramullai Nalliah Hall.

Masters, Bachelors Degrees and Postgraduate Diploma Certificates were awarded for various disciplines.The awards were made in 4 sessions in the presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. T. Jeyasingam. Deans of Departments, Faculty and Department heads graced the occasion. - Thev Athiran
