Colombo coast to third successive win
View(s):Colombo coasted to their third successive win of the of the ongoing Under-23 Inter-Provincial cricket tournament with a crushing 10-wicket win over Galle with a day to spare in the match at CCC grounds.
Colombo almost had the game under their belt when play was in progress in the latter part of the second session on day two. Colombo despite being restricted to a score of 234 bowled Galle 162 runs. Galle were all out for 92 in their first inning.
A knock of 142 by Udayawansa Parakrama for Kandy against Dambulla was the highlight of the second day’s play in the inter-provincial cricket encounter played at the Thurstan ground. This match will continue today.
