The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Mallika Kumar, head of the International Affairs and Commerce Department at the University of Delhi. India’s High Commissioner Taranjit Singh Sandu, Vice Chancellor Dr. Lakshman Dissanayake, FGS Dean Prof Nayani Melagoda were among those present.
