OZO all set for a Christmas feast

OZO Colombo is ringing in Christmas with their campaign ‘Kisses and Wishes’ starting from Christmas Eve through to Christmas Day. One way in which they are celebrating is with their Christmas Day all-you-can-eat brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s been four years since they launched their Christmas Day Brunch and it has already garnered a reputation.
We had the opportunity to indulge in a little pre-Christmas brunch to see what can be expected on Christmas day. From delicious juicy turkey to tiger prawns that were simply enormous, the brunch was quite a feast in itself, a spread combining their breakfast and lunch menu.
The meat items ranged from a delicious rack of lamb, a carved turkey and seafood. The sides complimenting the dish went from mashed potatoes, bread rolls, salads and more.

OZO had also arranged some Japanese cuisine for the brunch with a selection of sushi and maki rolls.
Bringing a little Sri Lankan flair to the brunch a hopper station with the vital sides such as ambul thiyal, lunu miris and spicy chicken curry was also a hit.
Dessert was a decadent affair with Yule logs, Christmas pudding with caramel and a wet cake that was a gooey chocolate experience you just could not help but indulge in.
On a lighter note, the mango pudding was an airy dessert to finish off the heavy meal.
