Azmath Ruzly emerges Best Allrounder
The 126th annual Prize Giving of Zahira College Colombo was held at the Abdul Ghaffoor Auditorium in Colombo, where students were presented with certificates and medals for their academic and extracurricular achievements.
The Best Allround Student of Zahira award went to Azmath Ruzly who received the Brigadier A. Ariyapperuma Memorial Challenge Trophy, Deshamanya Prof. M.T.A. Furkhan Challenge Cup and N.D.H. Abdul Gahffoor Gold Medal from the chief guest.
Principal of Zahira, Trizviiy Marikkar presented Principal’s Report at the initiation of the Prize Giving. The chief guest of the event was Wayamba University Chancellor and Distinguished old boy of Zahira College, Deshabandu Prof. Tuley de Silva. Principal Trizviiy Marikkar presented memento to the chief guest Deshabandu Prof. Tuley De Silva at this ceremony.
Sri Lankan Ambassador in Palestine Fawzan Anver, Chairman of the Board Governors Fouzul Hameed, Secretary Alavi Mukthar, Deputy Principals Ananda Ponnemperuma, Razeen Assan, Vice Principals A.M.
