4. LEARNING CONTENT & DURATION
At HRMI, learning content is extensive and the duration fulfills international standards. These academic standards are monitored and reviewed by international standard verifiers. The validity of a qualification is derived from the content and duration and students should not deceived by unscrupulous degree mills who resort to bargain prices and short cuts. For example HRMI Diplomas for school leavers take 18 months or 400 learning hours in accordance to international standards which provides a seamless progression pathway to a Degree. Short duration programmes carry less recognition and respect in the academic world.
