View(s):Adventures of Captain Underpants
In Jerome Horowitz Elementary School there are some cool boys named George and Harold. George and Harold were best friends. They were in the Fourth grade. They loved to pull pranks which got them into a lot of trouble
with their mean principal Mr. Krupp.
So one day, they found a 3-D hypnotizing ring and used it to hypnotise Mr. Krupp into thinking
he was the amazing superhero Captain Underpants.
The book tells the story
of Captain Underpants, George and Harold as they battle talking toilets, cafeteria ladies, Professor Poopypants, Wicked Wedgie Woman and so on.
This is my favourite storybook because it is very funny and is full of comics. So one day I hope to write a comic book like this one.

The fruit that I love to eat
I like lots of fruits in the world but one of those won my mind. It is the fruit that I love to eat always. That is ‘Anoda’ fruit. Its English name is Custard Apple. Its scientific name is ‘Annona reticulata.’ It takes a round shape and it doesn’t have a definite number of seeds. I love to eat the fruit Anoda very much.

What if the Sun went out?
Who turned off the lights? Why is it suddenly so cold?
If the Sun no longer bathed our world in light and warmth, we might last a short time with fires, electric light, oil or gas heat. But plants could not grow in the dark and animals would perish from the cold. Soon all life would cease and our planet will be dark and frozen. Of course this will happen, but not for a lot of years. Our sun is a fairly typical star and stars do not last forever. They form, grow old and either fade away or explode in a supernova, a massive explosion.

My New Year resolutions
New Year resolutions are targets that you want to achieve throughout the year. New Year resolutions help you to work towards your goals and become successful.
My New Year resolutions are to keep my study table neat and tidy, and I would like to help my mother with her household chores. I shall keep my table neat by arranging my books in order of height on my shelf and keeping my storybooks in my drawer. I’ll help mother over the weekends and during my vacation.
I would like to make many friends who I can play with and talk to. I also want to score very good marks for my term examination and make my parents happy.
I wish I can achieve all my targets and become a successful human being, making my parents very pleased.

My trip to Yala
Last Sunday I went on a trip to Yala with my parents and sister.
We left home at six in the morning. We went to the hotel, kept our stuff and left for the safari at Yala National Park. We went in a safari jeep.
I was hoping to see a leopard.
We saw lots of peacocks. We also saw a snake on a tree. There were elephants too! It was fun watching the elephants bathe in a lake. The herd of deer we saw were eating grass. There was a big black bear creeping through the forest. We also saw two crocodiles lying on a rock, very still. There were many beautiful birds.
At last, when I thought I would never see a leopard, we saw one! It was sitting by the road, very close-by!
Then we went back to the hotel. The next day after spending some time at the swimming pool we went home. It was so exciting seeing so many animals wandering freely.
