Awareness on fitness in Sri Lanka for the first time
View(s):For the first time in the history of Sri Lanka an education seminar ‘The Fitro Summit’ was organised at the Sri Lanka Foundation. The event was presented by the world’s leading Fitness Education platform Physique Global in association with Precor, one of the world’s leading Fitness Equipment Brand.
The occasion was graced by a host of experts on fitness education of the world along with Sri Lankan Sports Physicians.
Addressing the seminar Abhinav Mahajan- Physique Global athlete and Fitness influencer from India, revealed the secrets of fat loss diets and also cleared some common myths by explaining the Intermittent Fasting and Ketogenic Diet in detail. Jag Chima from the United Kingdom, CEO of Physical Global spoke on the light on the Growth opportunities in Fitness Industry and enlightened the fitness enthusiasts by explaining the power of social media to exhibit their skills for getting deserving growth. He also said that he will look forward to more such events frequently in the near future as Physique Global is dedicated towards creating more educators in this industry grow especially where people lack facilities and education.
Seminar concluded with the much awaited session by Kris Gethin of USA who was world famous for his Knowledge and Mileage podcasts. He gave an in-depth knowledge on supplementation and nutrition and also explained it’s impact on achieving the desired results by applying this science in a systematic way.
