Sylvestrian resolution wins the day

Nishantha Indrajith’s unbeaten 49 was the second highest score for the Sylvestrians, Wijetilleke and Ishan Sangeeth were the chief wicket-takers.
Medunaka Wijetilleke, Vidyartha’s most consistent all-rounder, top scored with 67. He had 11 fours and a six in his knock.
Kanishka Jayasekera (3), Pasan Hettiarachchi (3) and Husindu Nissanka (2) were the wicket takers.
Kevin Nimshan, a former Vidyartha player, continued to show his fondness for Vidyartha bowling, by scoring a brisk 74 in the second innings. Pasan Hettiarachchi showed off his batting prowess with 55.
