Three day theatre festival in memory of Prof. Sarachchandra

A festival of drama with three ever-popular stylised plays of Prof. Ediriweera Sarachchandra will be staged from March 22 to 24 at the Lionel Wendt Theatre, Colombo.
Two shows will be staged daily, at 3.30 pm and 7 pm. ‘Premathi Jayathi Soko’, a prescribed text for the GCE Advanced level Sinhala subject will be staged on March 22, while ‘Maname’ will be staged on March 23.
‘Sinhabahu’, another prescribed text for the GCE O/L, will go on the boards on March 24.
The festival is presented by Jude Srimal.
