9 year-old Upul needs a liver transplant

Nine-year-old Upul Kumarage Nimasha Nimsara of Thammanakulama, Neriyakulama, Medawachchiya has been diagnosed with Biliary Cirrhosis secondary to Biliary atresia and needs a liver transplant urgently. He is being treated by Consultant Paediatrician Dr. Devan Mendis of the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children.
The operation which needs to be done outside Sri Lanka will cost around Rs. 7 million. Please make any donations to Account number 83584325 under the name of M.W.U. Kumara at the Medawachchiya Branch of the Bank of Ceylon.
