Rapper Hussle killed
View(s):Grammy-nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle was shot and killed outside his clothing store in south Los Angeles on Sunday, media reports said. Two other people were wounded in the shooting outside Marathon Clothing, the LA Times reported, citing law enforcement sources.
Hussle, 33, initially became known for his numerous mix tapes, including his ‘Bullets Ain’t Got No Name’ series, ‘The Marathon’ and ‘Crenshaw’, the last of which rapper Jay-Z bought 100 copies for $100 each. His debut studio album ‘Victory Lap’ was released in February 2018 and commercial success and was nominated for Best Rap Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards in 2019.
