62nd AGM of Old Thomians’ Swimming Club on April 27
View(s):The members of the old Thomians’ swimming club will gather for the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at the club house at 38, De Saram Road, Mount Lavinia on April 27 at 07.00 pm.
In order to put the agenda of the AGM in order, the annual report and audited accounts can be collected after April 19 from the Club Manager. On an intimate request to the Club Manager in advance, the annual report and audited accounts can be sent to members .
Notice of any resolution to be moved at the AGM shall be given to the Secretary duly proposed and seconded by members entitled to vote 14 days before the AGM.
