New Year Festivities at NCHS

The NCHS “ Soorya Mangalya & Baila Fiesta 2019 was an event that showcased the students leadership and event management skills. Organised by the NCHS student council, the event was a day of fun and celebration. Held on the 6th April 2019, at Ape Gama ( Battaramulla) from 3.00 PM onwards, the event was attended by the students, staff and management.
The participants enjoyed many traditional games such as Bun eating Contest, Tug-O-War and Kotta pora. The highlight of the evening was the Avurudu Kumara & Kumariya contest, which was won by the handsome Dinidu Pankaja Illukpitiya and beautiful Rochel Cooray.
