Evening For Elephants
View(s):The screening of the award winning documentary film ‘ The Great Elephant Gathering of Asia’ and the launch of two children’s books written by Young Writers for Nature / Wildlife Conservation was held on April 5, 2019 at Tharanganee Cinema Hall at the Film Corporation Colombo.
The proceeds of the two books ‘Life in a Herd’ by Oshin Alagiyawanna and ‘The Dinosaur Adventure’ by Akira Alagiyawanna will be used for giving scholarships to secondary school students living in human-elephant-conflict areas.
