Ruhunu Undergrads on the road against Batticaloa Campus

Euro 11m German Aid to develop SMEs, VTCs The Cabinet has approved a proposal by Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera, to enter into an agreement, to obtain Euro 11 million Technical Aid from Germany, to develop Small & Medium Entrepreneurships (SME) and Vocational Training Centres (VTC). About Euro 7 million will be used to improve the VTCs in Matara and Kilinochchi, while Euro 3.5 million will be used to develop SMEs, by creating competitive business opportunities.
