Atamie International conducts Leadership and Life Skills Camp
View(s):Atamie International School, Wattala, Ragama, Kotahena and Kotugoda conducted a 1-day Leadership and Life Skills Camp recently.
The purpose of the Camp was to train students of Grade 6 and above, in Leadership and Life Skills such as Cookery, Sewing, Survival etc. The main lecture was delivered by Atamie Founder-Managing Director-Chief Principal Deshamanya Dr. Azard Uduman, whilst the other lectures were given by Vice Principal Himali Ramawickrem and Sheron Alexander. The Chief Organisers were teachers Damith Gunawardena and Punsara Senevirathne.
The students enjoyed a Fire Camp at the end. Dr. Azard Uduman stated the main objective of these Camps is to promote co-existence among students and to create excellent leaders and citizens for the country.
