The Thomians celebrate their dream cricket season with a tour to the home of cricket
S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia first eleven cricket team left the island for the tour of United Kingdom on Friday. This tour is a reward for the successful cricket season. They won the Battle of the Blues after 12 years and also they won the emerging all island limited-overs champions. In addition, the team led by Sithara Hapuhinna was also runner-up in the all-island two-day tournament, won the all-island best team for consecutive years and won the Chappell brothers trophy in Australia.

The Thomians will play matches against Sussex County U19s, Harrow School, Eton College, Oxford CC, King’s College, Taunton, Millfield College, Taunton and Whitgift College, Croydon.
They are scheduled to return on June 17.
