The export products consist of Pol Rotti, Roast Paan, Fish Buns, Patties, Seeni Sambol Buns, Kottu Rotti and other savoury items.
Finagle Lanka ownership is entirely divided amongst its Chairman Anoma Ranasinghe, Founder and Managing Director Mahinda Ranasinghe and their three daughters.
It is the first and only company in Sri Lanka to receive FSSC 22000 certification for its bakery and frozen dough production processes. The FSSC 22000 certification was awarded to Finagle Lanka following an audit completed by SGS, a global leader in the inspection, verification, testing and certification of food and ingredient manufacturers.
“Having commenced with a small scale cake baking operation from home, we have come a long way after 25 years with a state-of-the-art factory, producing a variety of bakery products of international standard,” stated Mr. Ranasinghe. “Having diversified into exports, the feedback received by our buyers is a positive step towards highlighting the excellence of Finagle products.
