Masters in Business Administration at Colombo University
View(s):The University of Colombo has called for registration for Masters in Business Administration in Accounting & Information Management and in Finance, at the Faculty of Management & Finance.
Those who possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or an equivalent professional qualification and the required minimum post-qualifying managerial experience are eligible for registration. Registrations close on July 1.
The University said the programme is mainly intended for managers who need to acquire multi-disciplinary competence and for those aspiring to be members of the corporate management team.
The course will be conducted on weekends and weekdays from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
The Faculty of Management & Finance has called for registration for the Doctor of Business Adminstration Degree programme
The programme has been designed to offer an opportunity for senior, experienced professional managers in the public and private sectors seeking to become practitioner-researchers in their respective fields.
The programme is for a 3-year term, with structured course work designed to build research competence, followed by a practical oriented research project that applies those competencies to improve business practices or add to new practices.
