NCPA seeks donations to treat child victims of Easter Sunday blasts

Seven children who received head injuries following the Easter Sunday bomb blasts require special treatment and surgery and the National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) is seeking public donations to help them.Addressing a news conference NCPA chairman H.M Abeyrathne said the children had sustained serious skull injuries.

He said 23 children were killed in the Easter Sunday attacks and 72 children are in need of counselling.
