FriMi by NTB lauded as the Best New Fin–Tech Bank in Sri Lanka

FriMi, a product of Nations Trust Bank ascended through the criteria set by the awarding giant, Global Banking and Finance Awards. The Global Banking & Finance Review magazine scored FriMi in multiple areas of expertise in the banking and finance industry, the local bank said in a media release.
Introduced in 2011, UK-based Global Banking and Finance Awards Global Banking & Finance Review magazine recognises notable game changers within the financing community worldwide.
Whilst honouring FriMi, the recognition was attributed to the outstanding performance FriMi has set by completely changing the way traditional banking and how payments can be made. FriMi stood out from the rest for their response to changing customer needs in the Sri Lankan market by enabling anyone to open and operate a fully-fledged savings account, on the go, through their mobile phone without visiting a bank and other features that add value to their lifestyle.
